At #DRIF25, we joined Lawyers for Human Rights, ISER Uganda, Common Cause & Kabarak Law School for a panel on digital citizenship and #statelessness. Digital citizenship in Africa needs to be anchored on laws/policies that balance rights respecting ID systems, considerations for inclusion & innovation.
