As floods hit Maiduguri, Borno State, we have set up a health centre with Doctors in camps to quickly provide healthcare for displaced families, injured children, pregnant women and immunization to keep children up to date with their schedule, despite this disaster.

More than 1 million people have been affected by floods in Nigeria. Borno State, which I visited two years ago, has been the hardest hit. The United Nations is providing meals, shelter, health services & more emergency assistance, and we’ll continue to support those in need.
