I guess my MD is useful outside the hospital. Middle aged man w/ controlled DM on oral agents w/ sudden persistent chest pain left radiation on a flight - no ecg + stable vitals before/after ASA, BB, SL NG. What to do if 2.5 hours until landing? Divert or continue to destination?
