i'm choosing not to feel embarrassed about anything ever again. that was the old me

I used to volunteer at the library and they had backpacks for kids experiencing different things like the birth of a sibling, death of a loved one, first day of school, etc. And inside the backpack would be a little care package, goodies, and books that talked about the situation

The point of having is giving

Going for walks and reading actual books again is my new baseline.
