Hon. Minister Bright Rwamirama has today addressed Artificial Insemination trainees undertaking a comprehensive training course at NATIONAL ANIMAL GENETIC RESOURCES CENTRE &DATABANK Ruhengyere Ranch. Each sub-region to have sufficient skilled AI technicians to drive the livestock genetic improvement agenda.
