Excellent US-fem nerve block (for an acute hip fx) by fellow+PGY2. Great needle visualization with anesthetic placed safely away from the nerve. Notice how the anechoic fluid tracks under the fascia iliaca. You can see the fem nerve post block adjacent to the artery Highland EM
