Do yourself a favor and never buy the fitbit Luxe. The band is cheap and arrived broken. I returned it to Fitbit for replacement and they sent it back without the band. I returned the watch face and STILL haven't received my watch. It's been over 2 months. Customer service is 👎

And fitbit, don't try and slide into my DMs. You already did that and even that guy couldn't explain why after 2 months I'm still without my item. The tracking you sent me on May 26th says it doesn't exist when you put it into UPS. You never gave it to the carrier. U guys are 👎
