It was a pleasure to collaborate on this fantastic work led by Nada Al-Refaie and daphne cabianca! Very intriguing biology and the first paper where we used our #BioimageAnalysis software #CellACDC in C. elegans. 🪱🔬 Congratulations to everyone involved!
Our neighbors in the Cabianca lab found striking chromatin reorganization in response to fasting. Interesting biology and beautiful microscopy that we could help quantifying thanks to Francesco Padovani and Cell-ACDC. Huge congratulations to daphne cabianca and Nada Al-Refaie!
💫NEW: daphne cabianca, Nada Al-Refaie & co show that #fasting induces spatial reorganization of #chromatin and formation of chromatin rings in an #mTORC1- and RNA Pol I-dependent manner in the #Celegans intestine. Helmholtz Munich | @HelmholtzMunich nature.com/articles/s4155…
Oh, wow!Another #PrePrintAlert! Congratulations to Francesco Padovani, his supervisor Kurt Schmoller & col. from IFE at Epigenetics Helmholtz Munich | @HelmholtzMunich!! A great #researchtool is now freely available to quantify spots from your #microscope #imaging. Read the fantastic 🧵from 1st author
Congratulations, Kurt And Francesco Padovani, Spotmax is an amazing tool that will save a lot of time for many people!
