Oregon Governor Tina Kotek signed House Bill 2680 into Oregon law on June 11, 2025, requiring NACC and AGMT certifications on some publicly funded work. The bill goes into effect July 1, 2027. Read more via Construction Dive: constructiondive.com/press-release/…
