This is actually an excellent example of cartoony realism. The sheep look anatomically correct. They’re sheep BUT what the CGI does instead of keeping them completely realistic is give them some cartoonish expressions to be able to tell emotions & thoughts. TAKE NOTES DISNEY!

Some pretty good examples of cgi animals being expressive but still feeling real It would be really funny if Disney tried to do the same for their cgi lion movies and miserably fail
