As parents, we must remember that the time we give our kids 364 days of the year is much more important than the gifts we give on 1 day of the year.

Although schools have no control over sub pay, we can greet them, stop by room and say hello, and let them know to come to us if they needed anything. I did this as a teacher and admin. So important to make them feel part of the team!
