As a private loss assessor I have supported policyholders with their building insurance claims on a daily basis for the past 12 years. I’m still shocked and saddened about what I see and hear in this industry and how poorly insurers or their representatives can treat customers.

Anyone had booked Uber cancelled following delayed flight arrival, then been charged a cancellation fee? Did Uber reply to complaint suggesting this is normal even though their booking confirmation says “We'll track flight no. and adjust your pick-up to reflect actual arrival.”
