A social dialogue also took place with over 100 participants, with representatives from CSOs, universities, local authorities, women entrepreneurs & leaders, who highlighted pertinent issues in their locality, and identified avenues for sustainable human dev solutions.

Enjoyed exchanges with the Shadow Youth Council members, and then with entrepreneurs of SPM. We must connect partners 2 create opportunities 4 youth. We must connect youth job seekers with potential employers. Innovators with investors! 🙏 4 engaging dialogue & inspiring visit!

One thing that stuck with me from my visit to the East is the enthusiasm, vibrancy & commitment of #women entrepreneurs. But they continue to face systemic challenges - getting required certification, access to reliable finance to scale up & stigma. Hat off to their perseverance!
