I don't subscribe to this idea that as an artist, you are either broke and struggling, or you "made it." I think as an artist you can have a successful career, including financially, without breaking through and becoming famous. You just need more consistent income.

This sums it up nicely. "Corporations do not care about you" Too many people don't realize this and spend a bunch of time defending these corps as if they had something to gain from it. You won't profit from defending corporations, and they will dump you at a moment's notice.

I'm glad that some are trying to create systems to detect AI creations, but I worry that it will result in an arms race with each side constantly trying to outdo the other. Also, most on social media won't have access to these tools, and will believe what's in front of them.
