An important thing we can do for ourselves is doing self care during this reprieve from classes. Examples can be taking a road trip with friends or snuggling on the couch to binge-watch a new show on Netflix. I personally will do both. Have a great and safe spring break everyone!

The YWCA is having a cornhole tournament. They are raising funds to help with sexual assault and domestic violence victims. April is Sexual Assualt Awareness month and the Y will have a ton of activities going on campus next month. Come out show support and have a good time!

Nebraska is now the 8th state to pass the #SocialWork Interstate Licensing Compact! The compact will let social workers practice in multiple states without having to go through licensing hoops for individual states. Learn more at socialworkers.org/compact NASW-NE
