Dr Aukot, your problem is, you brought us a bill that we NEVER ASKEF FOR! Who told you to draft a bill? The right thing to do would have been to go to Kenyans, ask what they want, then draft a bill that reflects the OPINION OF THE PEOPLE. You are also "perfect". You DON'T LISTEN!
