This morning at Southportparkrun it was Mike’s 250th #parkrun and pretty much all of them he has done as my #guiderunner Mike is a MUCH quicker runner than me but almost every Saturday morning he is at my side, running at my pace and I absolutely love him for it 💕 #BlindRunner
