The infamous tree in Lake Taupo which must rival the Wanaka tree for attitude although it’s location is still kept quiet… #treeinalake #lonetree #taupotree #landscapephotography #NewZealand #laketaupo

Just a storm chaser photographing the rarest and baddest weather phenomenon's on the planet. I wish I could show just how hard it is to forecast, chase and photograph these unique supercells in the US Midwest. Storm chasers truly need more highlighting in the photography world.

The change in weather recently certainly brought some interesting cloud patterns in the lea of the Ruahine Ranges especially this one morning at #sunrise with some Lenticular type of clouds. There was almost a round thing going on... #metservice #weatherwatch

Hey WeatherWatch.co.nz just wondering what makes these rays in an evening sky when the late afternoon sun is behind you? The Tararua last nite - Tuesday - just west of Dannevirke. @metservicenz

Don't ya just love it when a native wood pigeon just strips the leaves of your kowhai trees. No wonder we call him 'fatman' ...
