The most rewarding part of Therapeutic Endoscopy is the ability to help patients avoid a major surgery, in this case a Whipple Surgery avoided by complete endoscopic resection of a large circumferential D2 polyp. Resection done by piecemeal EMR and Ampullectomy. Upstate Gastroenterology
