They are just children demanding for their missing father! The Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC) yesterday ordered Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces to cause the release of comrade Eddie Mutwe but the silence in putting that directive into effect is too loud. When shall we have a regime that respects institutions?

They are just children demanding for their missing father!
