Uhuru Kenyatta is TAKING Ruto down SURGICALLY. One BLOW at a time and Ruto is responding ERRATICALLY. Every OPPORTUNITY given to him to SHUT UP must be GRABBED. In the MEANTIME, he should stop CRYING. A Commander-in-Chief is NOT allowed by the GOVERNMENT to CRY. Uhuru does'nt CRY
