i know all of u talk about "don't quit" etc. but sometimes it's really nice, actually really good, to quit. to say: enough of this. and start doing something new and i mean this in any form it applies to u – projects or bad habits

concept: sunday. sipping on a cup of warm ginger tea by an open window in your kitchen. the oven timer dings and you take out a chocolate chip banana bread and put it on the windowsill beside you, occasionally tearing off a taste-piece while it cools down
