Just got an alert from @cnn that a plane had to go around while landing at DCA bc the preceding jet didn’t exit the runway in time. Really? This isn’t news.

Winds at BNA have chilled out some. Sun is starting to come back out. Tower is still closed but I'm sure they're going back up there soon. 17 knots sustained.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM BNA: The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority was notified at 1:25 p.m. by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that flights arriving and departing from BNA® will be reduced beginning at 2:30 p.m. (CST) due to a shortage of air traffic controllers.
