Never say “Never” or “always” in healthcare as you will be proven wrong. Acute bronchitis is (almost) always caused by viruses, same with sinus infections. I will (almost) never prescribe a Z-pack for sinus infections.

FWIW Roaring Springs at least pulled the post on IG promoting SH. I like Roaring Springs, my kids play there. I don't think they even know who SH is until now just like most in the TV don't.
