The Porter Airlines experience: PD126 left the gate on time at 6.45pm then came back to the YUL gate at 7.15pm because of a small mechanical issue. We deboarded and then got ZERO information while waiting in line for new boarding passes for 1.5 hours. 1/2
The Porter Airlines experience: passengers word-of-mouth indicated to line up on left for YYZ, right for YTZ. They gave away all the boarding passes for the 10.15pm flight BEFORE the 8.55pm flight! And the 8.55pm flight decided not to wait 5 min to get the last passengers! 🤬2/2
