Extremely disappointed w/ Singapore Airlines @SGN_Airport. 3hr delay, missed connection & now a 10hr wait Changi Airport. Staff not proactive , refused upgrades despite empty seats & ignored Emirates rerouting options. Is this ‘World Class’? #SingaporeAirlines #PassengerRights
