The difference between good and great players is that good players can play under normal conditions but great players can play under pressure and in difficult situations they can deliver.

In the midst of trying to motivate people also consider that circumstances and backgrounds play a major role in almost every aspect of people's lives.

A true friend will not expose you in public trying to look like they care but in actual fact exposing your weakness for all to see. If they truly care they correct you in private, Let that sink in.

Life is all about moderation there is time to be aggressive,harsh and conquer and there is also time to be soft, concede and accept that you can't win everything. Master the art of moderation you become unstoppable.

Don't confuse people that believe in you and people who want to use you.

They don't want you to express your feelings or disappointments from their doing. They expect you to just say it's OK whilst their actions hurts your inner being slowly and dehumanise your intentions.

Their apology doesn't mount to anything because they continously do the same thing over and over again without any qaulms. Lord help us to accept the nature of some people even if it hurts us they can't take accountability of their wrongdeeds

A board or committee entirely composed of members who all attended to similar schools, have similar backgrounds & think the same way. They are going to be less successful than their diverse board counterparts because critical innovative thinking is limited in such a space.

Having a more diverse workforce organizations tend to be more successful because they are able to creatively address issues benefiting from a broad diverse pool of minds, backgrounds and capabilities.
