When I became content to write for myself to find fulfilment. That was a moment of self acceptance.

The last time I updated twitter was the beginning of last year. By the end of the year I accomplished a project in Zanzibar and an exhibition in Oman. They both had their fair share of hurdles but I guess small wins count.

This year inshaAllah, I’m committing to finishing off difficult things. Difficult conversations. Unexpected outcomes. Whilst giving myself grace through it.
