Hey @MicrosoftASIA Microsoft Singapore Satya Nadella you should stop selling hardware products in Singapore, if you have zero customer support, even for products under warranty. I have spent 1 week trying to get support, but to no avail. Appalling service!

Terrible service by viagogo with clueless helpline agents and no sign of payment even a month after sale/event. Irony is, they will still charge you a service fee for #noservice
