Last weekend, the tour sampled a very special 🍺 called Smoke & Bees @NMRefectoryMCR. It is produced in small batches using honey & then aged in bourbon barrels. It's warming, chocolate body that is mellowed by ageing, making for a maple syrup flavour with a subtle floral finish.
