COVID put a crimp in Convocation (yet again), so the Alumni Office & the Grad Exec mobilized for a series of small, socially-distanced pin ceremonies this weekend. Early congrats to this year’s grads & big thanks to the organizers for putting this on!

Ida passed through Sackville on Thursday leaving things (mostly) dry for residence move-in & the start of Orientation on Friday. BIG day a long time in the making. Huge shout-out to all the shiny happy people who helped make the day a success. #WeAllRiseTogether

Day 2 of Mount Allison Orientation off to a fun, tasty start with annual Town of Sackville NB & Rotary Club of Sackville corn boil and accompanying field games (washer toss, corn hole, spike ball). Bouncy castles a big hit, with battle scars as proof!

Day 2 of Mount Allison Orientation ended with the famed Karaoke BBQ (which is really a mash-up dance-off between residences, orientation leaders, & off-campus students). Great spirit, great moves, lots of fun.

Look out Canada, “Mount Allison Has Got Talent!” Day 3 of Orientation showcased student talent on stage at Con Hall. Dance, acoustic, electric, rap, spoons, comedy, mad science & more! Huge kudos to the performers and all who came to cheer them on!
