What a lovely trip to Liberton Kirk for the Fischy Music concert! 🎶 The kids did amazingly well with the long walk and the music was great! 🙂 Some even got Steve's signature! ✍️ Thank you so much to our amazing adult helpers. These trips are successful thanks to you. ❤️

P4 worked hard at making some lovely bunting in preparation for the Library Launch next week! 🙂📖📚

The children are excited to start making their weekly visits to the school library! Mrs Burns introduced them to the library and provided the children with book folders and a book mark. Please keep them safe and return them each week. Books can be checked out multiple times! 🙂

We have been learning about the Cacao tree and the process from pod to chocolate bar. 🍫 We did some chocolate tasting in P4 today! The children tried 0% white chocolate, 25% milk chocolate and 100% dark chocolate! 😲 Next week, we will interpret the feedback data in maths!

What a beautiful day to be out in the garden! The children completed some alliteration poetry this afternoon. ☀️✍️

Today, P4 tidied the planters at the front of the school! 🌱🔆

Maths treasure hunt! Unfortunately, there was no actual treasure but the children did practice counting money. 😆➕💷

Well done to our P4 Tennis stars! They represented the school so well, competing against 8 other teams in a mini tournament! 🎾

It’s this time of year we ask all families to have a big game of hide and seek and find all those missing reading books from school. Any books returned will be received with gratitude and delight!
