Canada's last residential school closed in 1996. The residential school system is part of Canada's very recent history and its impacts are a significant part of our present. Wear your orange shirt on Monday, May 31 in honor of victims and survivors.

Today marks the start of Indigenous History Month. This year is extra hard while we mourn & grieve over recent news from Kamloops BC residential school. My heart is with the peoples of Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation as they light the way for their little ones to return home.

Over the past few weeks, Four Directions Community Health Centre has been administering COVID-19 vaccines out of our facility. They will continue to administer vaccines every TUES from 12:30-2:30 PM to ensure that vaccines are accessible for those without access to transportation
