Good morning! Another air quality alert day. Limit your time outdoors if you have allergies or asthma. The northbound side of the Zilwaukee Bridge closed this morning till November for those planning a trip north. For other new construction zones, go to mdotjboss.state.mi.us/MiDrive/map

August 5, 2025 – Since last week, 28 people died on Michigan roadways making a total of 543 this year. In addition, 149 more were seriously injured for a statewide total of 2,979 to date. Compared to last year at this time, there are 23 fewer fatalities and 16 fewer serious

Good morning! Less smoke, but more humidity today. Maybe a little rain this afternoon. Don’t forget that the northbound lanes of the Zilwaukee Bridge are closed for construction. The trip north may take a little longer if you are headed north this weekend. A detour is posted.
