Loved this mystery science lesson where we made x rays of our hands and lower arms as we learn about the human body in science!

Loved seeing all these math strategies being used as we worked through multi step problems today in math involving addition, subtraction, and multiplication!

We became real scientists today and performed 4 hands on experiments thanks to an amazing classroom parent who is a scientist!

We braved the Sky Deck at the Willis Tower, 103 floors!

Learning about the attributes of different shapes is always fun using a geoboard and math app on the computer!

Phase 1 of project work is starting! I’m so excited to see where this journey takes my students as their curiosity of force and motion in transportation unfolds!

So amazed at the books my students wrote on a reptile or amphibian they were interested in. They worked all quarter researching and writing. They even had time this morning to make a craft to go along with their book. Such creative minds!

We are beginning our virtual project approach work on force and motion in sports! This week we have discussed key vocabulary, brainstormed sports, and today we wrote questions about force and motion on the different sports.
