Such a fun day celebrating F for friendship! We learned about what it means to be a kind friend and then we got to make friendship bracelets and give them to our friends!🤗💕

It was so nice to end our short week with G for game day! Game day helped us work on turn taking, working with friends, fine motor skills and matching colors & numbers while playing Uno!🎲

Room 30 enjoyed H for Hawaii day by learning about volcanos and the different parts of Hawaii! We read books, and played pineapple bowling with our friends!🌺

I for Ice Cream Day is a fan favorite for Room 30! We learned how to read and order from a menu & then how to follow one and two step directions to complete our friend’s orders! So much fun!🍦🍨

K for Kite Day is always so much fun! We talked about the steps to fly a kite as well as describing the kites we picked. Lots of fine motor skills & physical movement too!🪁☀️

Our annual lemonade stand with Mariah Bissetta and @MrsSchaferVFES’s class continues! We had so much fun having our fifth grade friends come and order their favorite type of lemonade!🍋

We had some surprise guests during M for Music Day! We also learned about different instruments, made our own microphones & had a sing along!🎤🎶

O for Olympics (potato Olympics) and P for Pizza! Room 30 enjoyed creating and describing their potato’s for the different Olympic trials! We also had fun playing pizza games and building our own pizza!

On R for Rainbow day, Room 30 learned all about the colors of a rainbow and how rainbows are formed. We even tried to make our own rainbow!🌈

Today Room 30 presented their projects about summer break. It was so fun to learn about our new friends and everyone’s summer adventures! We are so excited for a new school year!

We had so much fun today at our combined morning meeting with Mr. Vonderheide & Mrs. Stevens class! We learned a game and taught our new friends some sign language! Such a great way to start the day!
