According to our latest report: The School Report - Only 4% say their schools screen ALL learners for dyslexia & only 20% would describe the support they receive in the classroom as good.

If my parents wouldn’t have been able to afford to send me to private school, I wouldn’t be teaching children in one of the first public charter schools for children with dyslexia!

The House has unanimously concurred with Senate amendments to H 3908, the bill to extend paid parental leave benefits to educators. This means the bill received a unanimous vote at EVERY stage of legislative process and now heads to Gov. Henry McMaster to be signed into law!
