A well-ish woman’s period shouldn’t go beyond 4/5 days .. u are what you eat since I became a vegetarian , o was just trying to get my chronic life in order .. the transition has changed my gut menstrual and mental wellness try it for 3 months ladies .. game changer🙌🏾♥️

This thought of over indulgence comes from old ideology .,.excessive sweets and carbohydrates turn into unhealthy habits flareups, increased hospital stays rates rise as our immunity, are lowered as byproducts of what eat as a 28 year #multiplesclerosis warrior I encourage all 🧡
