After a long day I self-care by curling up on the corner section of my couch while trying to remind myself to be present in today’s moment and not in tomorrow’s! #MWSelfCareChallenge

Tuesday’s self-care is two-fold. I took the morning off from the gym to get an extra hour of sleep to hopefully fight off this virus. Also, self-care looks like time to relax and reflect by getting a pedicure. #MWSelfCareChallenge

Congrats to the Morton Scholastic Bowl teams for taking home the W today against Proviso West! It was a tough battle but Varsity won in Sudden Death by 20 points! #mortonpride #scholasticbowl #smarties

Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians. I would like to note, that although we did not have incidents of concern at Morton West, what occurred today at Morton East was very serious. Our first concern is our Students in all of our schools & I'm very grateful that no one was hurt.
