Physical science students used scotch tape to explore how particles contain positive and negative charge today. The whiteboards and critical thinking were amazing, I loved seeing the connections being made to magnets and static electricity. Great job students!!!

Sending in our crystals today for the US Crystal Comp. It was so awesome to watch our 8th graders enthusiasticly check their crystals each day as soon as they walked into the room. They truly enjoyed expermenting with their crystal growing conditions the last few weeks! Go bees!!

BBHMS students worked with park rangers in Alaska Glacier Bay NP to learn more about glaciers and the ecosystems they interact with during science class today 🧪. Thank you Glacier Bay National Park for giving our students such an amazing distance learning experience!!!

BBHMS 7th graders learned first hand this week what it's like to track, study, and protect the endangered Mountain Yellow-Legged Frog with radio telemetry equipment.
