I made a little book out of my diary from my first year living with MS. Now I am editing a bit, and think I will self publish. Will it sell if I stay anonymous?

Everyone must find their own way to live with (the knowledge of) #MS. I have tried my route for a year now. buff.ly/2qFbvzd

I have found that helping Fampyra help me, by engaging the muscles and nerves in heavy weight lifting is good for me. x.com/MSNewsToday/st…

I am reading a book about basic nursing, saying a good nurse helps patients focus on health, not illness. Very important for everyone.

Since September I have improved from 37 kg to 45 kg (22%) in one-legged #legpress (6 reps, 4 sets). Heavy weight lifting is good for my #SPMS #MS. I will load even more iron next week!

Heavy weight training. The best existing way to help the brain mobilize some kind of repair and to find new ways from the brain to the loins. Keep going! #MS #SPMS #lifting

Frances Ryan I totally agree. It's true, there are days when i 'suffer' (pain, fatigue, shame etc) but never all at once or ALL the time. I always wince when i hear the "such & such suffers from..." it makes the disability sound all encompassing, when in reality it's just a part of one's life

Why not try something new today. Take just a second longer, to smile, or greet, every person you pass or meet. Most will smile back and by the end of today, you'll be surprised at how happy you are :-) #PSMyWords
