Today we observed another moment of silence at Pleasantville High School in memory of the most recent shooting victims in Uvalde. Legislation and services must change, thoughts and prayers are not enough!

New Teacher Orientation has been full w/info for 1st, 2nd and 3rd yr teachers. Sarah Silverman & Kimberly Omoloju co-planned a session for new teachers on identity, belonging, and the history of schooling, complimenting their Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED) work.

Had the most incredible time conducting the OCMEA Jr All-County Chorus this weekend. To come back to my roots and conduct an ensemble that helped shape me as a musician was an indescribable experience. The students were so well-prepared and hungry to REALLY make some great music.
