Alief ISD Board recognized Alief ISD Associate Teachers. We have had 34 Associate Teachers complete the certification requirements. This accomplishment helps us meet our priority of having highly qualified teachers in our classrooms working with our students. Congratulations!

BizTown continues to be one of my favorite field trips for our 6th graders Owens Intermediate They ALWAYS REP. Learning financial literacy, community impact, and career pathways are life lessons reaching beyond these intermediate years. I couldn’t be prouder of these students.

There will be no school for Alief ISD students during Winter Break from Wednesday, December 20th to Wednesday, January 3rd. Classes will resume on Thursday, January 4th for Alief ISD students. We hope you have a safe and fun-filled break! 🎄

All Alief ISD schools and offices will be closed on Monday, January 15, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will resume our regular schedule on Tuesday, Jan. 16.
