Visited Library of Congress. Notes: Did have fun; it was not hard. Got a library card prior to fun, however, so YMMV. Had a chance to go to the reading room & a reference library (courtesy aforementioned card) & now I need to make up something to research so I can go back. 😂

Also: Smithsonian’s NMAAHC -Yes, everyone is correct: you need longer than you think. I didn’t see everything because there was so much to see. But it was so, so, so good.

One time for the one time: I turned the corner into this Bisa Butler quilt piece (which I didn’t know was there) and had to go take a time out. As many times as I’ve seen the picture, I was awed in person.
