Yesterday #blockb did lots of food science experiments. Thank you Dr. Catherine Hagerman Pangan for making me feel like a true scientist again! I’ve made it my personal goal to do food experiments every week with my future kiddos!

Tonight we celebrate w/our Butler COE elementary seniors who finished 1 of 2 semesters of student teaching. Incredibly proud…these educators jumped into classrooms like pros despite a year + of virtual learning. My HR school friends-get these candidates early. They’re amazing.

It was great getting to talk about our personal beliefs today Butler COE. I believe children are creative, capable and worthy of respect. I believe teachers are intentional and adaptable leaders. I believe education is a flexible, ever-changing and a human right. #butlerCOE
