Yesterday we tried Building Thinking Classrooms for the first time! Students were given a challenging multiplication problem and asked to write a word problem and use the distributive property to solve it. Whoever was holding the marker was not aloud to speak!

After our trip to Northeast State this spring, I’ve been encouraging parents and students to keep community college in mind as an option! It’s a ways away, but it’s a valid and important opportunity for all TN grads.
