It’s been so long - I forgot how exhausted open evening leaves me!

I have hit the wall. 😴

Last week I saw something that made me doubt myself as a teacher. This morning, a parent wound down their window whilst I was on duty in the car park to tell me her kids thought I was brilliant.

It’s got to that point of the half term in which I am *always* tired.

Does anyone have any recommendations for texts that discuss building resilience and independence in our secondary learners?

First face-to-face day of my NPQLT today. So nice being back in an actual room having discussion with actual people.
