Why do I have to use up my usage limit for Claude when I always have to correct it because it thinks it needs to be extra creative instead of following clear instructions?

Just started the day with some light Claude usage and after 20 minutes I hit a session limit with only 39% of weekly usage? Now have to wait another four hours before I can continue? What a joke.

And again, Claude session limit expires arbitrarily after recently resetting and should have more hours to go. WTF? Are you guys trying hard to lose paying customers?
