There will be no high stakes testing this year, and yet all over America educators have continued to teach and inspire their students online. I hope the powers that be realize we do what we do because we love children and not because a test is held over our heads.

I don’t know what will happen this fall when schools across the US should be opening, but I do know that worrying about it will not change anything. Try your best to enjoy your summer break when it comes and focus on your mental health.

First day with all the kinders together and our Pete the Cat themed alphabet write the room was a success! They were so excited to find the matching uppercase/lowercase letters. Wasn’t sure how it was gonna go but they had so much fun. 😊
