Room 11 learned about scientific discoveries that have challenged our conventional knowledge of dinosaurs. Check out some of our reimagined prehistoric friends!

Rm 11 worked with decimal numbers making menus for a hot chocolate cafe. They designed and calculated the cost for a variety of size and topping combinations. They spread kindness and joy throughout the school by delivering their custom creationson a hot chocolate cart.

Room 11 had a thought provoking discussion after reading this book. We would highly recommend it!

Sometimes you come up with a lesson on a whim, and it turns into something much bigger. This art activity allowed my students to share parts of themselves that we often see, but rarely discuss. They are amazing kids, self aware and introspective. #wearecbe #CVS

Room 14 used Story Stones to tell our stories orally before recording them on paper and digitally. This year we are focusing on how story builds community, and we had a lot of fun getting started.
